Request a refund of your software purchase within seven days by contacting support with your order ID and purchase email. Provider usage billed by OpenAI or Azure is separate and cannot be refunded by SayMyWork. Applicable statutory rights remain in force.

Refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, subject to its processing times. Assisted features are revoked when the refund is reconciled; existing saved content remains readable and exportable. Cached authorization may take up to 30 days to expire.
