Local content and provider requests

Keys and saved sessions are encrypted using your Windows account. The app sends audio directly to your Azure Speech account and selected transcript context, factual sources and voice instructions directly to your OpenAI account. Those providers process requests under their own terms. The licensing service does not receive keys, audio, transcripts, résumés or generated answers.

Licensing and purchases

Trial email is used for verification and HMAC lookup, together with a random installation ID. An email hash remains personal data. We retain trial state to enforce one session, device activations and purchase records to provide the license and meet applicable obligations. Lemon Squeezy handles payment and fulfillment data under its own policy.

Optional measurement

With permission, we record limited funnel events and an opaque referral identifier, campaign labels and Reddit click ID. Verified purchases may send an order-based event, amount, currency and click identifier to Reddit. No customer email or interview content is sent in these events. Declining does not prevent use or purchase. Revoke permission through Privacy choices; contact support for deletion of existing records.

Retention and choices

Operational reports are retained for 30 days; optional funnel and referral records for 90 days. Licensing/purchase records last as needed for service, fraud controls and applicable obligations. Ask support to access or delete records; some purchase records may need to be retained. Local content can be deleted by you. Uninstall retains your data by default.
